Mary Ellen Smith, a local yoga instructor, will be leading us in Yin Yoga. It is for beginners as well as experienced yoga practioners.
There will be no standing postures. Moves are slow and purposeful, bringing yor body, breath, mind, and spirit toether.
All you need is a yoga mat, stretchy clothes, and the desire to feel great and move more. It's best not to ear right before class as a full belly is uncomfortable.
